Accessing Other BatchMaster Services
BatchMaster other products and services require separate User License and Login. They can’t be used with BM QualityMaster Login. Use of all of these Services may require acceptance of terms of service specific to such BatchMaster Services (hereinafter “Service Specific Terms”). You must read, understand, and accept the Service Specific Terms before using the corresponding BatchMaster Service
Accessing Third Party Applications Integrated with BM QualityMaster
BM QualityMaster can be integrated with BatchMaster ERP and BatchMaster integration policy applies.
Usage Limits for BM QUALITYMASTER
BatchMaster may permit usage limits based on the subscription plan chosen by you. You must make sure that your usage is within the usage limits of the plan subscribed by you to avail uninterrupted service. You understand that BatchMaster may restrict an activity if you reach the usage limit corresponding to such activity.

Monthly Subscriptions: If at any time during your first month using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. However, BatchMaster doesn’t provides any Refund or Downgrade of the Monthly subscription plan.
Annual Subscriptions: BatchMaster provides different subscription options and doesn't force you into an annual subscription as a condition to use our services. We prefer to give you the flexibility to choose. In exchange for you signing up for an annual up-front commitment, we offer you a significant discount over the already-low monthly subscription cost. If at any time during using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. However, BatchMaster doesn’t provides any Refund or Downgrade of the Annual subscription plan.
Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscription: BatchMaster doesn’t support or offer any downgrade of the Annual subscription plan.
Auto-Renewal: For your convenience, your monthly and yearly subscriptions will auto-renew (as per the RBI guidelines) until you cancel the service. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send a mail specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount.
We know that sometimes customers forget to cancel an account they no longer want until it has already been charged. BatchMaster will not process any Refund in that case too.
